You can only become a member of DateApp or use its features if you’re aged 18 or over or the age of majority in the country in which you reside if that happens to be greater than 18.
To join the DateApp you will have to complete registration form, where you might be asked to provide information about you such as your name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, your location details. You control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your “Profile” page, which gives you the chance to correct or update (other than your email address, phone number) your information at any time by just logging in to DateApp. To protect by regular frauds, data like name, date of birth or gender you can change only once. For a better experience, while using Service, you may be requested to provide with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, age, gender, location.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Whenever you use Service, in a case of an error in the app data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Logs are collected. This Logs may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
If you log into or access DateApp through your Facebook or Google profile, data including your email address and other provided data in the registration process may be collected. When you leave a device in order to prevent other users from accessing your account remember to log off from Facebook or Google profile.
If you log into or access DateApp through you through your mobile phone number then collect data including your phone number and other provided data in the registration process may be collected.
Information Share
Since our goal is to help you make meaningful connections, the main sharing of users information is with other users. You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the service (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is stuff that you’re comfortable being publically viewable since neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.
If you choose to limit the audience for all or part of your profile or for certain content or information about you, then it will be visible according to your settings.

Information Control
To control of your information we provided account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that’s associated with your account directly within the service.
Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the Service.
You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device.

This Service does not use these „cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use „cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law.

- To facilitate our Service;

- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
- We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

In order to protect your data, we make every effort to ensure that the service is reliable. For this purpose, application updates are created to ensure the latest fixes of detected errors. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.
Please remember that photos that you post on DateApp may reveal kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive data about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.
To prevent abuse of the app, DateApp uses moderators to block accounts as part of its moderation procedures. In order to do this, we check accounts and messages for content that indicates breaches of our Terms and Conditions of Use. All users of accounts that have been blocked will be notified that their account has been blocked and affected users can contact to contest the decision.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
